Our methodology is the process that we work through in a typical customer engagement, where we learn about their business, systems and goals, then deliver the agreed-upon change.
This is a critical part of our process. The business transformation projects that we typically are engaged with can take months, if not years, to completely implement. Having a backbone of processes and systems that combine to provide communication, a knowledge repository with organization, task scheduling and delivery management, feedback loops, defect management, and general project analytics make it possible to manage risks, keep the project on track and deliver the expected result.
Understand Your Business
- We review the requirements & the customer’s documented processes; break these down into more detailed components & workflows.
- We provide an introductory course to the new application in a basic form to help users understand the new possibilities.
- We would learn about your current state, other related systems, and the existing data structure that we would be adding to.
- We refine goals of the project and add specific success criteria.
