Our methodology is the process that we work through in a typical customer engagement, where we learn about their business, systems and goals, then deliver the agreed-upon change. 

This is a critical part of our process. The business transformation projects that we typically are engaged with can take months, if not years, to completely implement.  Having a backbone of processes and systems that combine to provide communication, a knowledge repository with organization, task scheduling and delivery management, feedback loops, defect management, and general project analytics make it possible to manage risks, keep the project on track and deliver the expected result.

Define The Need

- Initial view of the business problems that need to be solved.
- Defined scope and requirements are gathered here to set the foundation of the project.
- Define goals of the project.

Understand Your Business

- We review the requirements & the customer’s documented processes; break these down into more detailed components & workflows.
- We provide an introductory course to the new application in a basic form to help users understand the new possibilities.
- We would learn about your current state, other related systems, and the existing data structure that we would be adding to.
- We refine goals of the project and add specific success criteria.

Define A Solution

- Using the knowledge gained from the earlier steps, we propose solutions to the goals outlined.
- These are validated through hands-on workshops.
- The solution is further refined & hardened.
- The solution is broken into manageable parts and a build plan is created.

Deliver The Solution

- Execution of the build plan.
- Deliver bite-size chunks back to the business to test & validate.
- Feedback is collected & managed within the system to either promote the validated deliverable or manage the tasks related to the updates.

Support The Business

- Ongoing support services to keep your solution up to date and aligned to your business needs.
- Provide insight into best practices & advancements in the tech stack relating to your industry.
