Methodology is the process that we work through in a typical customer engagement where we learn about their business, systems and goals, then deliver the agreed upon change.
This is a critical part of the process. The business transformation projects that we typically are engaged with take months if not years to completely implement. Having a backbone of processes and systems that coordinate to provide communication, knowledge repository with organization, task scheduling and delivery management, feedback loops, defect management and general project analytics makes it possible to manage risks, keep the project on track and deliver the expected result.
